Fall Decor Roundup

As the air becomes a little brisker this month, it is time to cozy up with fall decor. Tailoring some of your decor to the season is a fun way to switch things up and experiment with new color palettes. Fall is all about warm, earthy hues like olive green, rust, gold, and deep browns. It’s about incorporating what is outside your door like branches, stems, acorns and pumpkins to your indoor spaces.

Below we highlight some favorite fall foliage, pumpkins and wreaths that help refresh your space during a season when we start to spend more time indoors. We’ve included options at every price point.

Foliage and Stems

It is hard to beat traditional fall foliage for autumn home decor. Just a few stems can make a big impact in your space. If you want something other than picking the branches outside your door, here are some great faux options. My two favorite places to find elevated lifelike stems are Afloral and Pottery Barn.

Pumpkins

Pumpkins have always been a staple of fall decorating. We love real heirloom pumpkins and gourds for outside porch decorating, but there are faux pumpkin options that come in creative materials and uses. Display a bunch of mini felt or velvet pumpkins in a wooden dough bowl, add flameless flickering pumpkin candles to your mantle or use mini ramekins for fall baking fun.

Wreaths

Hanging a fall wreath is a great way to deck out your front door with a taste of fall that immediately creates a cozy first impression. Whether your wreath is a live pheasant feather one or a faux lighted mini white pumpkin one, make sure it can be exposed to the elements.
